Itinerary

Day 1-2:Split.Having flown to Split, you’ll be driven right into the heart of the city which is framed by the remains of Diocletian’s Palace – a UNESCO heritage site, and one of the most impressive Roman ruins in Europe. Here you’ll spend two nights at cool, contemporary Vestibul Palace. Set within what would have been the Emperor’s chambers, and with original Roman stones throughout, this is the perfect base to unravel the city’s history. Sip a coffee in the lively main square, where the opera-singing Klapa can be seen performing amongst the Roman ruins, or head into the city’s “basements” for a glimpse of the architecture as it once was. As for the rest of the day, you can take the short climb up Marjan Hill for fantastic views over the city and bay, before heading to the buzzing Riva waterfront where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, and markets.Anything else? Day3-5.Hvar.Hop on a hydrofoil, and an hour later you’ll arrive on the party island of Hvar. Hvar is often referred to as the St Tropez of Croatia ,Spend the next three nights here. During the day, you can head to the hotel's,  sunbathe by their gorgeous rooftop pool. Then, as night falls, Riva’s harbour-side terrace is the place to watch the yachties drift in before joining the party at the stylish bars, clubs, and restaurants.

Day6-7.Dubrovnik.Head to Dubrovnik.Spend two days here.Walk Dubrovnik with your local guide to see the Franciscan monastery, the Rector’s Palace and Dubrovnik Cathedral. Ride a cable car up Mount Srd for fantastic city views. Later, watch silk weavers at work on a fascinating Artisan Visit in Konavle. Return to your hotel.Accomodation Villa Dubrovnik

Day 8-10.Montenegro.SVETI STEFAN - 3 NIGHTS.Take the two-and-a-half-hour drive over the border to the luxurious Aman resort on the private island of Sveti Stefan in Montenegro – possibly one of our favourite places on the planet. A 15th century fortified village, its walls hiding winding cobbled streets, ancient churches and a central piazza, the buildings have been meticulously restored to 50 spacious rooms, suites and cottages.

Day 11-On your final day drive back to Dubrovnik airport and fly back home

Best Time to Visit:
Best weather comes between April and September, which also is the main tourist period. Temperatures start warming up in April, though itS still too cool for swimming and spring rains are common. In May and June, temperatures nationwide are warmer and days longer, making this an ideal time to visit. In September, the weather is still warm but without the sweltering heat of July and August.
